About the event

We are hosting Kathy Pierce for a seminar to get you and your dog headed down a path to success!  This day is for less experienced dog/handler teams to learn to work together to become a successful competition team.    Dogs must be on all three odors.  Birch, Anise and Clove.  They are not required to have earned a NW title, but this is to help with trial preparedness.  This is a great start to your Trial Journey.

What will be covered:

What kind of competitor are you? What about your dog?

Setting expectations and goals for each trial

Mental and emotional preparation for the handler and dog

The advantage to routines

Conditioning the mind and body

Skill sets and competency levels

How to prepare for the unexpected

Changing strategies.

Evaluating what you and your dog need to become a confident team

There will be 8 working spots available, these are on a first come first serve basis.  There will be an unlimited number of audit spots.

Working spots are 175.00 per handler/dog team

Audit spots are 75.00

If you do not get into a working spot, please let us know if you would like to be added to a waitlist should one open up.
